Stone ground dark Peruvian bean to bar truffles
Made in a grinder. There is no nothing added to this, pure chocolate indulgence who love their chocolate unspoilt.
These have a long shelf life 3 months. Try and keep them for 3 months… you have no chance!
Dark chocolate shells are filled up with creamy truffle and these come in 3 flavours:
- Orange peel and dark chocolate
- Dark chocolate plain truffle
- Dark chocolate and tiny roasted cacao nibs for small crunch
Contains: cacao, sugar, coconut oil, hazelnut butter, and may contain traces of OATS as light chocolate was made at the same time and light chocolate has oat flour in.
May contain other NUTS, PEANUT, SESAME, SOYA as all these are handled in the workshop. Any questions re allergies – please contact me.
Plastic free packaging. Keep in a cool dry place. No need to put these in the fridge, chocolate tastes nicer at room temperature.
Chocolate is made from Peruvian Criollo cacao and organic Criollo cacao butter.
