Absolutely brilliant day making chocolates with my daughter. Irma is so professional and a great teacher. perfect experience to spend with friends and loved ones.
The Perfect Gift…
Aside of love, what’s the best thing you could gift someone you care about? The answer of course is chocolate and if you really like them, you could pack them off on a jolly to Malvern where Irma will teach them how to make their own chocolate. And nothing tastes better than your own chocolate.
How much does it cost?
It costs £200 and then £35 per person. We have to ask for a minimum of two people so it’s £270 all in and you’ll making and eating chocolate for around 4 hours. So it’s an extra £35 per person but only a maximum of 3 is recommended so that all can get involved fully.
What will I get out of it?
You will get a great insight into the artisan procedures and techniques of learning to make chocolate truffles, bars and giandujas. Not all Chocolatiers make their own chocolate. Irma does and you will be working with the bean to bar chocolate made in house. Craft chocolate only contains two ingrediants, cacao and raw sugar.
You can also buy any chocolate that is made and ready for sale and get a 10% discount. Slabs of dark bean to bar chocolate is also available to you at the special price of £12 for 300 grams.
The real pleasure will be though tasting and taking home your own chocolate and the only hardship being that you’ll try not to eat it all in one go!
