Plain “raw ish” 70% dark bean to bar chocolate



This chocolate is for real chocolate lovers. It’s not smooth. It has texture and different notes, because cacao nibs were roasted on a very low temp very slowly, then coconut sugar was added rather than the raw sugar which I use in other chocolates. Coconut sugar adds it’s own notes (caramel, mild sweetness, maple notes), a bit of almond flower is also added for creaminess.

Chocolate contains minimum ingredients: Peruvian cacao nibs, coconut sugar, cacao butter, almonds, madagascar vanilla.

It will come in brown or black packaging.

These will be available till end of December.

Weight 80g /85g. The picture is not of the rawish bars, but they will look similar.
