Easter bonbon box will contain 12 hand made bean to bonbons.
Chocolate use will be 75% dark Peruvian bean to bar chocolate also made by me few weeks ago. It has only 3 ingredients: cacao nibs raw sugar and cacao powder.
The white vegan chocolate I will use for the ganaches has : coconut milk powder , raw sugar and cacao butter.

Peanut and mandarin gianduja with mandarin jelly
Hot cross bun in a chocolate shell
Blood orange Cointreau with orange marmalade
Wild – harbour ( similar to vegan baileys )
Banana rum raw caramel and pecan praline
Hazelnut and blackcurrant gianduja ( everyone’s favourite
Coconut ganache with ginger
Coconut ganache in white choc with morello cherry pate de fruit
Mint and matcha
Ginger and lime jelly
This is only a sample menu but most flavours will be chosen from here.
There will be min 6 flavours maximum 9 flavours in the box.
Free from : gluten* dairy palm oil soya lecithins plastic
However, I use gluten in the kitchen so may contain gluten
Colours used are natural roxy and rich colours
