Made with our delicious handcrafte 65% dark Columbian, we add further layers of taste and texture with a blend of arabica coffee and Colombian medium roasted coffee. For creaminess organic coconut milk powder is added and more organic cacao butter.
How are the bars made?
Artisan Bean-to-Bar chocolate from Shokoladi Malvern is carefully made in a stone grinder for three days, using either Colombian or Peruvian cacao nibs, organic raw sugar and organic cacao butter. Once it’s smooth, it’s poured out into small containers.
Then chocolate is aged for two weeks in order to develop its taste and aroma. Finally, the chocolate is tempered carefully, before being handmade into our delicious Bean-to-Bar chocolates and bonbons.
Orders received by Sunday will be handcrafted in Malvern and dispatched by the following Tuesday. We want you to enjoy delicious and fresh chocolate, so we don’t keep any in stock. Instead, we make the best Bean-to-Bar chocolate to order, and dispatch within a few days.
All Shokoladi Malvern chocolate bars and bonbons are vegan and hand-made using quality ingredients. For some sweetness and brilliant balance, we make our chocolate with organic unrefined sugar.
Free from soya, palm oil, refined sugar, gluten and dairy.
